AndrewClemes

Andrew Clemes

Andrew Clemes is an LQC/LQP for Wales, MOPAC, Avon & Somerset and the West Midlands. Andrew Clemes has also had a similar role with the Medical Practitioners' Tribunal Service and the General Pharmaceutical Council. Andrew lives in Swansea and was formerly a lecturer at Swansea University until he took up tribunal/panel work. Andrew is also a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal).

Gaon Hart

Gaon is LQA for the Metropolitan Police and MOPAC, but is also Legal Assessor for the Nursing & Midwifery Council. He is also Chair of other Fitness to Practice regulatory panels, including the General Dental Council and General Optical Council.

Gaon was recently appointed by the UK Secretary of State for Health, as Chair and Non-Executive Director for the NHS Counter-Fraud Authority, a Government Arms-Length Body, overseeing policy, prevention, protection and prosecution across the £1.3 billion at risk from fraud across the NHS, and is a Board Member for the Cambridge Centre for Applied Research into Human Trafficking.

Additionally, he is Managing Director of ‘LAW: Legal Advisory Worldwide’; a boutique legal consultancy, providing specialist government & corporate compliance & risk framework & governance design, advice & training. He focusses on advising Boards at large international organisations on corporate economic crime policy, process, technology and people development, to assist companies to protect, prevent and investigate Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, ESG, Money Laundering, intellectual property, data and other non-financial areas of risk for companies.
